WONT LOAD CLIENT

Hey guys i am trying to log in and as the web page is loadng, black screen comes up and like 5 bullet points come up
- try closing all web browsers windows, and reloading
- try clean cach ..... Etc
None work, what could i do please?
I am also trying chrome and explorer -.-'

Tried restarting your computer? ;o Or you could download the client and try that.

Or try to remove the folder 'PC1cache' from ur C:\\

TRYED EVERYTHING
NOW IT LOADS UP AND AS I GO TO LOG IN , IT SAYS : NO REPONSE FROM SERVER PLEASE TRY USING A DIFFERENT WORLD
MAYBE IT STILL GOT TO DO WITH ME IP-BAN ?? IGN - Rolex

Because we have a stable +/- 20 online all day. I dont want to kick them all off just so you can be 'unbanned' lol.
