help me please ... can't play

guys please help me, this is my 3rd topic and nobody helped me yet. i can't play when im loading the client it sais ' requesting title screen' and then after some seconds 'error conneting - retrying in 5'.
please anyone , help me :l

okay do what i say


#1. go to start
#2. go to computer.
#3. click on harddisk
#4. click on "user"
#5. click on what user you on.
#6. delete fil " pc2cache" and try to load the clinet again.
