New rule - Gravedigging.

You cannot post in a topic that has not been posted in within 3 weeks. This can be considered a dead topic or another term called grave digging and an account can be issued a warning. As this creates unnecessary posts in old topics & spam. And maybe on the new forums, put in a forum infraction system where a players forum account can be given lets say a 10% warning out of 100 and every infraction keeps adding onto it. Before there accounts get banned.

We warn people already and sometimes consider it as spam if someone gravedigs.
