Kill Streaks Empty Kill Streaks

Can the Kill Streaks that are auto-yelled out once a player hits a certain mark such as 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, be extended to as far as 100 in intervals of 5. As far as I know, the max it goes up to is 30 which is a shame. It would be pretty cool as well if it would yell out when a player with a high killstreak had his/her killstreak ended. Any other comments are welcomed ;P
