Just Thoughts - Demotions?

Well,
Some of the staff members have NOT been active for a long time now,
An example is Mod Ali,
I know he's been having IRL shit going on, but its been 5weeks since his last log in.
Also,
The Staff Team is getting kinda overpopulated on V1,
We have 6 Mods;
Jayden,Ali,Zezima,Bank,C A P S + Agie,
Sometimes when I come on, there is less than 6 players online,
So whats the point of having inactive staff members?
Thoughts?

I agree with you pascal, Blaze needs to put his foot down.
If mods don't have the time to stay active then it should be given to someone else who will take it seriously.

Demoting any of the current mods wouldn't increase the population, nor does anyone deserve a demotion for the player count being low

Mods should still be playing regardless of player count.

The reason I don't play as much as I should is because I end up getting bored after 15 minutes.. it's hard to have fun unless there is a decent amount onlineSn0w Beast wrote:Mods should still be playing regardless of player count.

It's not the fault of the mods that they don't play, I ain't playing either. This has to do with the fact that all my time on the commputer goes to coding and developing V2 (edge4pk). Don't worry, we are like 85% finished as i am speaking, things will change soon.

When i finish work in the afternoon. I will only have 1 or most of the time ill be the only one online.
