Who broke the rules?: W16

Explain what happened: He was flaming me cuz i pked his bank + advertising other servers

Do you have any proof?

I did see him advertise to be honest though.

He said he was quitting and i'm like where you gonna go?

Also after that he was spamming the server's name and then a moderator iped him.
