server wont load?

im having difficulty trying to load the server..
i've tried the webclient and even been trying to use the downloaded client..
it'll load until like 90% and then saying about an error has ac-cured etc..
rebooted the computer and even tried different internet applications..
advice / help?

Delete the cache and re-install. I don't know the cache name sorry.

Close everything related to our client (If you use the webclient close your webbrowser) and then go into:

C:\\ -> Users -> Your user (Admin for example) -> Then delete the folder named 'PC2cache'.

After that reload your client and it should start downloading a new cache.
