Make dragon defender souldbound

Hello everyone! I wonder why dragon defender isn't soulbound? Today I pk'ed one of a guy and I didn't believe my own eyes. I'm using a rune defender which is soulbound it drops on the ground if i die (I don't die ;-)) so I can just go back and pick it up no one else will be able to loot it. But when you equip a dragon defender and you die the other player is able to pick it up and the player who died has no chance of keeping the dragon defender because of the 'Keep item' prayer's logic is = Whip>Dragon defender. Which makes dragon defender pretty much useless or if u wanna use dragon defender ur risking. And since it's 30 pkp which I think is a pretty solid price I suggest that it should be soulbound.

hmm, only if it would be a donator-only item.

I might just boost the value of it up so you can protect it, the main factor I do not want it like the rune defender is because it is a Pk shop item that is somewhat high in price unlike the Firecape.
