Person who broke the rules: Sutmindiller (not his actual account he used this to so his main wouldn't get banned)
Explanation: I was sitting at the pk bank selling barrows items and i saw someone was trying to buy rsgp for tokkul. I then go to funpk and ask Shadow if it is against the rules and he said yes so now I am posting the proof on the forums.
