frost dragons Empty frost dragons

why are frost dragons so hard to kill and they hit nearly all the time , i use regular prayer book for them. protect from magic it helps alot. and question does soulsplit not work on them cuz i can hit a 41 or so on them and not gain a spec of hp but if i hit a 0 it goes up by 2 scratch

Because they can drop very good items so it shouldnt take 2 seconds to kill one.
