keep getting error while loading client, Please Help!

Well basically what is happening is i keep getting the error can not load client and i have did all the options that are there!
please help asap!

Did you use the webclient or the jar?
The solution with the webclient is: restart your internet browser and try again.
The solution with the jar is: download the latest version of java and use the run windows option.

If you still have this problem please reply.

i tried what lestic said for the webclient, didnt work trying the update java now.
it saids i have the current java version.
