Ruud rushing for 2646565th time

Person who broke the rules: Ruud
Explanation of what happened: Ruud doing the kissing emote rushing in full vesta and d claws for the 8th time. This is starting to become a joke now and someone needs to sorts this issue out.
Proof of what happened:
I did try to record, but camtasia is being weird.. but I'm sure if you ask other players on at the time they can confirm what I am saying.

I witnessed ruud rushing in vestas and claws c maul, hes been rushing for awhile without being cought i lost dh ddef etc

I have witnessed ruud rushing multiple times before, not only today. But other days as well.
