Hyper V2 scamming me (didn't pay stake)

Staked this guy about 4 times, he won 3 times for 200+tokkul (which I am pretty much certain he cheated but oh well) but he lost the last one for 65 tokkul. Once the stake was finished he failed to pay me as he claimed he "didn't have the money" but was selling his claws to get them. Jasonjugglo who was there saw the whole thing and said he can vouch for me. I've uploaded a video of him saying how he didn't have the stake money as proof and I've asked Jason to reply to this post to vouch for me.
