Being Jailed Empty Being Jailed

My in-game name is Sven. I was jailed yesterday for farming on someone with no armor. I killed someone once like that and was jailed. The player I killed sent me a private message saying Haha! your jailed for an hour. It has been 1 day now and im still in jail. Could someone help me please?
