bank..mod? <---- not right

does anyone else agree that bank should not have gotten mod,
yeah he is a little snitch to lestic and blaze,
but look at the factors here. He started not too long ago, he has bad english, and he doesnt handle situations well.
i logged onto a random acc and pretended to be a noob wanting help, i repeatedly said is there a mod on? mod anywhere?
and everyone pointed me to bank, i stood behind him and people were sayin "bank he needs help". he proceeded to have a conversation with someone else. when i said , nevermind this servers got bad service no help bye. he said cya later, i think that a good mod would have first off helped me right away asked if i had any more questions, and instead of just k later, he wouldve said "my bad man maybe give it a 2nd chance i wasnt paying attention".

i have quit the game, gave my items and acc away, same with dylan, and a few others ,
and all of our reasons to quit have came from BANK.

does anyone agree?

No actually I dont, Bank has been playing for a long time compared to most people. He has proven to be active and helpfull towards other players. One case is a bad example to judge someone, the amount of times I accidently ignore people due to so many people talking/bank interface/afk would be very high. Sometimes its just hard to keep track of who is talking to who.

I have no idea what you mean with 'little snitch', are you implying he is a snitch due to that he made reports on rule breakers? Suprising you 'snitched' atleast 5 times as well if you would look in the 'report a player' section. Does that make you a 'little snitch' as well?

Your reasons:

Bad english;
His english is good enough to understand on a normal way.

Doesnt handle situations well;
Ive never seen him in action yet so you might be right, but thats the case if you have a mod that has less to zero experience. Its not something you learn out of a book its something you learn with practise. Almost all the mods we have/had started with less to zero experience and I think they are all doing pretty well after a few days/weeks. Atleast give the guy a chance to get some experience.

When I got mod my self for the first time 5-6 years ago I sucked as well and with practise I learned to control a group and look where I am now.

Thanks for your feedback about Bank, but I think its to early to judge.

You can't expect staff to always be always to just turn to you when he's the only mod on, I don't think you know how many people are actually coming and asking for help. And in no way is Bank the reason of anyone quitting, it's their choice to quit & cry about something that's happened.

First of all i would like to start by thanking you for your feedback on our newest staff member "Bank", i just wanna let you know a few things that you can keep in mind:
- it takes 10-15 days of continuous testing to pick a staff member (so no one random is picked depending on his "good application" or something, of course there has to be a good application but the person picked has to be capable as well)
- bank is one of rare players who i see playing the server without being bored or logging out so hes very active
- "bad English" i mean come on no one is born perfect? take an example blaze or lestic they are both from Netherlands so English is not there mother language, me or mod Ali we are both Arabs and English is not our mother language but we learn it through time and i think this is what you have to give our new staff member to proof himself, time....
- just a last note about him ignoring you or your "hidden" accounts, i highly doubt that he would actually see someone quitting and just answering him by a "Bye", you might have miss understood him.

i my self was against bank being mod, but through time he turned out to be a good guy and pretty useful to the server, and he is pretty active aswell. What im saying is we should give him a chance, he is active and pretty helpful but at the same time he is a new mod so he might not be perfect.

His english is pretty decent compared to many others and that shouldn't be a problem.
so all im saying is dont judge a book by its cover.

Playtime is a huge part of the progress towards being a mod.
