Even though there was no exact proof of a d claw risk fight. Judging from your conversation and some key words I will take your word for it. And that you were protecting and were going to give it to him if you died, as there is no evidence you would of scammed him. The user will be banned and if he wants to be unbanned he must have to refund you.
