My ingame accountname: Mum
Person who broke the rules: Drip Drop
Explanation of what happened: So, he made a new acc and it said "Drip Drop has logged in for the first time" and then he started to spam my pm saying "Ever heard of Sub-Zer0?". Obviously this is advertising and it is under Rule 19. I told Bank, WHO COMPLETELY ignored me, and we he finally did reply back, he told me to "Get a Proof"
